Drop fields anywhere on a PDF and decide who fills each one. The person signing gets signatures, initials, dates and typed boxes — with presets that keep a phone number, ZIP, routing number or Social in the shape it belongs in, so you are not correcting them later. The fields you fill yourself stay yours: numbers, currency, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns and stamps. Save the whole thing as a template and send it again next week.
DocuSign Standard is $30 per user per month and includes 100 envelopes per user per year. That works out to eight sends a month, each. SignNow runs the same 100-per-user-per-year cap and charges $0.96 for every send past it. Neither number appears on either homepage.

Their browser does the fingerprinting, so the file never leaves their computer — only 64 characters are sent. It works on every document already executed, not just new ones. The check runs against our records, so it needs us to be here.
