Comparison

Quilli and DocuSign, plainly.

Every DocuSign figure here was read off their own pricing page on 21 August 2026 and is dated in the table. Where they are ahead of us, that is on this page too — it is not a section anyone else writes.

The number that decides it

DocuSign Standard is $30 per user per month and Business Pro is $45. Both include 100 envelope sends per user, per year — under two a week. Their own pricing page offers the cure: their platform tier, which “also comes with unlimited envelope sends.” Above the cap on the listed plans, the next tier is a phone number.

A three-person office sending 100 envelopes a month, annual billing, first year.

DocuSign Business Pro $1,620seats only; overage billed separately300
Quilli Scale $708billed annually. Nothing else to add.unlimited

What else is metered

On DocuSign, sending a document by SMS starts at $0.36 per delivery and verifying a recipient’s identity starts at $2.40 per attempt — not per success. Standard and Business Pro include five ID verifications as a one-time trial bonus. Quilli does not offer identity verification at all, which is the honest comparison: they meter a thing we do not have.

Where DocuSign is ahead

This is not a courtesy paragraph. If any of these decide it for you, they are the better buy and we would rather you found that out here.

Where we are different

The price is on the page

Both plans, both billing terms, no third tier behind a phone number. DocuSign publishes two plans and routes anything above them to a sales line.

Sends are not counted

Scale has no envelope cap and no per-send fee. Send forty one month and a hundred and sixty the next; the invoice does not move.

Seats are not counted either

Unlimited seats on Scale. Adding the third person to your office does not change the bill.

The trial takes no card

Fourteen days, nothing stored, nothing charged when it ends. DocuSign’s trial also takes no card — this one is a match, not a win.
